| Facilities |
MonQi Fitness is located at 201 East 67th Street on the corner of Third Ave, above Lucky Jeans store. Recently expanded to a total of 7,500 square feet, the studios and gym area are situated on the third, fourth and fifth floors of this bright and sunny building. There is an elevator, and the space is fully air-conditioned. A lounge on the fifth floor is provided for members to relax, use their cell phones or eat. To ensure everyone has a peaceful experience, there is no cell phone use allowed in the studios or training areas.

| Studios |
The fifth floor studio (41' x 24') is used for all cardio and dance classes, and features a special "sprung" floor (often used in dance studios) to absorb impact on joints. The brand new third floor yoga, pilates and stretch studio has hardwood floors and a relaxing feel. Both studios feature several windows, creating a bright and sunny atmosphere to workout in.

| Personal Training Area |
Our newly expanded gym is on the entire 4th floor and has 2,500 sq./ft. with all the necessary equipment to get a well-rounded workout, either on your own or with a MonQi trainer. Cardio equipment includes True Treadmills, Cybex Recumbent Bike, Cybex Arc trainer (elliptical, hiker, stepper and cross-country skier all-in-one), Octane Elliptical and Concept 2 Rower. For strength training, we offer a full set of free-weights (from 2-50 lbs.), a Cybex Cable Crossover, Cybex Lat Pull-down, Leg Press, Smith Machine, Hyperextension, a full set of medicine balls, swiss balls, balance discs, Pilates magic circles, leg weights, Spri bands and more. There is also a stretch area and stretch table available.

| Pilates |
We also offer private Pilates sessions on the Reformer, located on the gym floor.

| Massage Therapy |
We offer 55 and 85 minute massages in our massage room by appointment. Relax and treat yourself after working out with one of our soothing styles of massage, by our fully licensed therapists.

| Dressing Rooms and Showers |
Men's and women's dressing rooms are located on the fifth floor. The women's room has an attached shower, and the men's has an adjacent shower. Restrooms are located on all floors of the facility. Lockers are available on a daily basis. Please bring your own lock, or we have locks available for purchase at the front desk ($3).

|
MonQi Fitness offers an array of merchandise in our "community boutique", located at the reception area. The boutique carries unique fitness apparel and accessories, yoga products and other products made by staff and members. We also sell a wide selection of beverages and energy snacks.
