Gentle Yoga

 A softer, slower paced, less rigorous class for new or experienced students of all ages. This class is excellent for those just getting back to Yoga or fitness or just starting out. Also for those with injuries or physical conditions ruling out other classes. The supported modification of all asanas (poses) makes this class excellent for "bad backs" and pregnant women.

Iyengar Yoga

Is based on the teachings of living Yoga master BKS Iyengar . The method of study is orderly and progressive, and the postures are adjusted to meet the physical conditions and needs of each student. It is great for beginners as well as experienced practitioners, excellent at any age. Classes can be gentle or rigorous and consider each student's individual needs.

PM Hatha - Vinyasa

PM  also equals posture and movement in this end of day "Flow and Hold" fusion class. Work on holding poses and maintaining good alignment with both traditional and creative Vinyasa in between. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga

 A flowing sequence of asanas (postures) in which the breath and movements combine together to create a dynamic experience. Alignment and an open connection between the breath and the body are explored. A fun and energetic class that allows you to develop more self awareness, as you purify the body and mind. All levels are welcome.

AM Body Sculpt

Utilizing free weights, steps, mats and other materials, this total body workout will get you started on a body toning routine and teach you the correct ways to work out your body. Wake up your body with Cait!

AM Exercise

Enjoy an energetic cardiovascular workout without harmful jarring movements or harsh impact. Your workout includes rhythmic stretches and warm-ups, aerobics, free weights or dynabands and balance work. Mat work includes Pilates and yoga techniques that strengthen your core.

Ballet Technique

Our ballet classes are for anyone who has always wanted to take ballet, or keep up their technique. The class starts with a standard barre warm-up and progresses to combinations in the center. Basics level classes are great for people new to ballet, or who haven't taken ballet in a long time. Open level classes move a little faster, so you should have some knowledge of the ballet vocabulary. So bring your ballet shoes (or socks) and come dance in a non-threatening environment!

Boot Camp

The focus of this class is to build strength and endurance through the movement of your own body. It combines plyometrics and calisthenics to give you a great cardio workout. The class is challenging and fun, beginners to advanced are welcome. Bring a towel - you will sweat!!!!

Cardio Fusion

A high energy, multi-impact aerobics class led by the lengendary Renouard Gee. Renouard will take you from basic aerobic moves to simple dancey steps to get your heart rate up. You will burn calories while having fun.

Cardio Sculpt

An easy to follow aerobic workout to get your heart rate up, combined with strength training for upper and lower body as well as core. A great full-body class to get you going in the morning or night!

Fun & Fitness

Experience a gentle aerobic workout free of jarring movements. Improve balance, increase stamina and strengthen your muscles, bones & heart. This class is targeted for adults over 60 years old.

Total Body Tune-Up

A combination upper & lower body resistance workout. The workout begins with low-impact, heart-pumping moves to burn calories and target the core and lower body. Hand held weights are incorporated to tone and strengthen the arms and upper body.

Ultimate Body Conditioning

Beginning with a cardio warm-up, Jeff will take you through pilates and yoga moves as well as free weights for your ultimate body.

Pilates Plus

 A very low impact, non-aerobic class that focuses on developing the core(abdominal muscles) while also strengthening and lengthening the muscles of the arms, legs, and back without building bulk. This class is good for improving posture and flexibility.

Sit & Get Fit!

Strengthen muscles, joints & bones, work on balance and elevate heart rate in this fun chair exercise class designed for the mature adult. Dynabands used for toning, and some standing leg work using the chair as a barre.

Stretch and Strength

This class is great for everyone! It is designed to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles of the whole body, and release tension and stress. Learn how to stretch properly while toning and lengthening muscles, with focus on the abdominals and back.

YogaSculpt

Join the legendary Jeff Martin in his newly created total body workout, combining elements of yoga, sculpt and pilates for the best you yet!

Weight Training

Pilates Mat

A series of exercises performed on a mat to strengthen and lengthen primarily the muscles of the core and lower body, as well as the upper body. Increases overall flexibility.
